When you call us or use our call-back form, we may collect your name, phone number, postcode, the make of your stairlift and a description of the problem. If you call, the call may be recorded for quality and training purposes, and you will be told this at the start of the call.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for no longer than needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
