We are a local enquiry service for stairlift repairs in Liverpool and Merseyside. We don’t manufacture or sell stairlifts. Instead, we connect you with independent stairlift engineers who repair, service and maintain lifts in your area.
The four steps
- Get in touch. Call or send the call-back form. Tell us the make if you know it, what the lift is doing, and your postcode.
- We connect you. Your enquiry goes to an independent engineer who covers your area and works on your type of lift.
- Agree the price. The engineer explains the call-out charge and likely costs before any work starts. You are under no obligation.
- Repair. The engineer visits, diagnoses the fault and, where the part is available, fixes it.
Who does the work?
The repair is carried out by the engineer, not by us. Your contract for the repair is with the engineer or their company, who will confirm their details, prices and terms with you directly. Ask them about their experience with your make, their insurance, and any guarantee on parts and labour.
Before you call
It is worth doing the safe checks in our stairlift not working guide first, so you don’t pay for a call-out to switch a socket back on. If the lift is under a manufacturer or council warranty, contact them first. See our council guide.
Your details
We only use your details to deal with your enquiry and pass them to the engineer who will contact you. See our privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for connecting me with an engineer?
No. You only pay the engineer for the work you agree to.
Who is responsible for the repair?
The engineer or their company. They will confirm their details, price and terms with you directly before starting.
Can I choose not to go ahead after the engineer gives a price?
Yes. There is no obligation, although a diagnostic visit or call-out may be chargeable, which the engineer should tell you beforehand.
